All exactly as in the description. There are rubber bands in the back of the raincoat to stay on the dog. Never fell. But unfortunately dirt accumulates on the belly, despite the fact that it is covered with the bottom lining. Inside gets dirty, for which the dirt is perfectly washed outside.
