How can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After this period, your order moves into processing and can no longer be canceled. To cancel, please contact us via live chat on our website. If your request is successful, we will send a confirmation email.

Changes to your order are only possible within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. After that, modifications cannot be made. Within the 24-hour window, we can assist with:

  • Updating the shipping or billing address
  • Changing the email associated with your order
  • Adjusting the item color (if the alternate color is available at the same price)

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different color, size, or variant, please place a new order and return the original item.

We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping service.
