It has taken 16 days to arrive in the Canary Islands. It is exactly as described in the product. It is very silent and although it does not come with instructions, it is not very difficult to assemble. One of my cats does like it, the other one hasn't approached yet, but it will be closer. The price is very good. I recommend the seller.
